Today is Day 3 for me and so far what I have noticed using PFPB is the following. I like the taste just mixed with 16 ounces of plain water. I notice a feeling of energy, focus and good mood come over me within 15 minutes of consuming it. The energy and focus lasts for hours. I feel full and do not want to eat. I have not hopped on the scale since I weighed in at 191 before I started the Challenge. I’m excited to use this product and Challenge to help myself and others Make America Healthy Again!
