“Day 33 Update the PFPB Challenge
I’ve walked an incredible amount this week where the temps were in the upper 30’s 76,190 steps—that’s approximately 38.1 miles! On top of that, I’ve completed 500 minutes of total exercise and have already lost 2 inches off my waist. As a current college student the focus that PFPB has given me has helped me maintain my current honor roll status.
This journey has been challenging but so rewarding. The results are real, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward!”
