I am a skeptic. My metabolism or something seems to dictate that nothing works to improve my health. BP meds don't lower my BP, pain meds don't lower my pain, edema meds don't lower my edema, etc. I am 80 years old and just finished my 2nd week on PFPB. Going in I decided not to change anything in my routine...no change in diet, no exercise. I wanted the product to speak for itself. Week one I lost 4 lbs. Week two I lost another 4 lbs.

I have been mixing it with the Acai Plus and frozen mixed berries but this next week I bought ingredients to try Key Lime using avocado and limes and skim milk. I wish us all success.

I’ve walked an incredible amount this week where the temps were in the upper 30's 76,190 steps—that’s approximately 38.1 miles! On top of that, I’ve completed 500 minutes of total exercise and have already lost 2 inches off my waist. As a current college student the focus that PFPB has given me has helped me maintain my current honor roll status.
This journey has been challenging but so rewarding. The results are real, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward!"

Today is Day 3 for me and so far what I have noticed using PFPB is the following. I like the taste just mixed with 16 ounces of plain water. I notice a feeling of energy, focus and good mood come over me within 15 minutes of consuming it. The energy and focus lasts for hours. I feel full and do not want to eat. I have not hopped on the scale since I weighed in at 191 before I started the Challenge. I'm excited to use this product and Challenge to help myself and others Make America Healthy Again!

End of first week and I've lost 15 LBS!!! My stomach pains gone, bloating & edema are gone & I really notice the improvement to my gut health. I have an increased energy without jitters because these are natural ingredients and getting the nutrition I need! I feel calm & focused. The best part for me is the improvement to my heart function. Since birth I usually ave 1-5 heart arrhythmias per day (non-operable), in the past week I've only had 3 minor ones total w/ zero symptoms! I had a fasting blood draw test this morning and couldn’t eat or drink anything, soooo no PFPB or Acai. By the time I got home I was dragging so I mixed up my shake with water, coffee, ice and a tbsp of Cacao. WOW!! Within about 15 minutes I could tell a difference. My joints had been aching also. After drinking the shake I felt energized and my achy joints eased up. Today is day 8 for me. I took yesterday off. I’m 4 lbs down. The journey continues. 👍🏻
