The taste is a pleasant vanilla taste on its own. I’m down 2 lbs in 4 days. Energized. I am walking and replacing one meal right now. 👍🏻

I also have so much more energy and my family notices the big difference in me also. I have been mixing it with the Acai Plus and frozen mixed berries but this next week I bought ingredients to try Key Lime using avocado and limes and skim milk. I wish us all success.

I started PFPB on Tuesday and so have taken it for 5 days. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. I love the taste! It is great with frozen strawberries and /or cacao for ex. mixed with water! PFPB has great satiety and i noticed my blood sugar stays low and even while i use it for a meal replacement, It is encouraging also to know that i am 'covered' by having so many rich nutrients each day without added supplements . PFPB... seems EASY and POWERFUL at the same time. The Acai plus helped lower my numbers initially!! Being able to consume less calories ( using PFPB), in a satisfying and healthy way is very encouraging!! I believe this is going to help me make a positive change for my health and well being for sure! PTL! LL J. ( I will be checking in as i go!)

PFPB is amazing!! After consulting with my doctor, who advised me to take it slow and only shed 2 pounds a week, I decided to do the recommended one meal replacement a day, 5 on 2 off. I went out of town to visit family for three days. Weighted before I left. Ate out. Got home and weighted Sunday AM. Gained 4.4 pounds. Started PFPB. I weighted on morning of day 5 hoping I shed some of the 4lbs. not only did I shed the 4.4lbs, but also one additional pounds!!! Fantastic!!! I love PFPB.

I’ve walked an incredible amount this week where the temps were in the upper 30's 76,190 steps—that’s approximately 38.1 miles! On top of that, I’ve completed 500 minutes of total exercise and have already lost 2 inches off my waist. As a current college student the focus that PFPB has given me has helped me maintain my current honor roll status.
This journey has been challenging but so rewarding. The results are real, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward!"

25 days ago, I started using **Perfect Food for the Perfect Body (PFPB)**, and the results have been nothing short of transformative. From day one, I noticed subtle improvements, but as the days went by, the changes became undeniable.

Goal at the end of 90 days is to go from 242.8’to 212.8
Exercise goal - praying through all my orthopedic issues is to to at least 16 miles of walking per week
Hoping to feel and move better and of course for my clothes to fit better.

Which averages out 2 pounds a week which is right my doctor wants to be for weight reduction. I am sleeping better, I am going regularly, staying healthy while others around me are getting colds.
