I’ve walked an incredible amount this week where the temps were in the upper 30's 76,190 steps—that’s approximately 38.1 miles! On top of that, I’ve completed 500 minutes of total exercise and have already lost 2 inches off my waist. As a current college student the focus that PFPB has given me has helped me maintain my current honor roll status.

BP meds don't lower my BP, pain meds don't lower my pain, edema meds don't lower my edema, etc. I am 80 years old and just finished my 2nd week on PFPB. Going in I decided not to change anything in my routine...no change in diet, no exercise. I wanted the product to speak for itself. Week one I lost 4 lbs. Week two I lost another 4 lbs.

PFPB is amazing!! After consulting with my doctor, who advised me to take it slow and only shed 2 pounds a week, I decided to do the recommended one meal replacement a day, 5 on 2 off. I went out of town to visit family for three days. Weighted before I left. Ate out. Got home and weighted Sunday AM. Gained 4.4 pounds. Started PFPB. I weighted on morning of day 5 hoping I shed some of the 4lbs. not only did I shed the 4.4lbs, but also one additional pounds!!! Fantastic!!! I love PFPB.
