I’ve walked an incredible amount this week where the temps were in the upper 30's 76,190 steps—that’s approximately 38.1 miles! On top of that, I’ve completed 500 minutes of total exercise and have already lost 2 inches off my waist. As a current college student the focus that PFPB has given me has helped me maintain my current honor roll status.
This journey has been challenging but so rewarding. The results are real, and I’m excited to keep pushing forward!"

I'm thrilled to share my progress with you all! It's day 12, and I'm still feeling an incredible sense of calmness. My sleep has been improving each night, which has made a huge difference in my overall well-being.
My mental clarity is super focused, and I can tackle my college assignments, tasks at home, and my weekly work tasks with ease. It's amazing how much more productive I've become!
The energy I'm feeling is lasting throughout the day, and I'm starting to see a lean-down effect, which is fantastic! Here are my stats for the week:
Weigh-in: 174 lbs (down 5 lbs so far!)
Distance walked: 33 miles
Steps taken: 56,000
Total cardio minutes: 600
Strength training: Mixed in with cardio

End of first week and I've lost 15 LBS!!! My stomach pains gone, bloating & edema are gone & I really notice the improvement to my gut health. I have an increased energy without jitters because these are natural ingredients and getting the nutrition I need! I feel calm & focused. The best part for me is the improvement to my heart function. Since birth I usually ave 1-5 heart arrhythmias per day (non-operable), in the past week I've only had 3 minor ones total w/ zero symptoms! Tastes absolutely amazing, I'm going to take this the rest of my life!

I had a fasting blood draw test this morning and couldn’t eat or drink anything, soooo no PFPB or Acai. By the time I got home I was dragging so I mixed up my shake with water, coffee, ice and a tbsp of Cacao. WOW!! Within about 15 minutes I could tell a difference. My joints had been aching also. After drinking the shake I felt energized and my achy joints eased up. Today is day 8 for me. I took yesterday off. I’m 4 lbs down. The journey continues. 👍🏻

PFPB is amazing!! After consulting with my doctor, who advised me to take it slow and only shed 2 pounds a week, I decided to do the recommended one meal replacement a day, 5 on 2 off. I went out of town to visit family for three days. Weighted before I left. Ate out. Got home and weighted Sunday AM. Gained 4.4 pounds. Started PFPB. I weighted on morning of day 5 hoping I shed some of the 4lbs. not only did I shed the 4.4lbs, but also one additional pounds!!! Fantastic!!! I love PFPB.

25 days ago, I started using **Perfect Food for the Perfect Body (PFPB)**, and the results have been nothing short of transformative. From day one, I noticed subtle improvements, but as the days went by, the changes became undeniable.
