I am a skeptic. My metabolism or something seems to dictate that nothing works to improve my health. BP meds don't lower my BP, pain meds don't lower my pain, edema meds don't lower my edema, etc. I am 80 years old and just finished my 2nd week on PFPB. Going in I decided not to change anything in my routine...no change in diet, no exercise. I wanted the product to speak for itself. Week one I lost 4 lbs. Week two I lost another 4 lbs.

I went out of town to visit family for three days. Weighted before I left. Ate out. Got home and weighted Sunday AM. Gained 4.4 pounds. Started PFPB. I weighted on morning of day 5 hoping I shed some of the 4lbs. not only did I shed the 4.4lbs, but also one additional pounds!!! Fantastic!!! I love PFPB.

My hope is to lose 25 pounds by Christmas replacing one meal a day and being conscious of my other calories. So far I am down around 2 pounds which is mainly water but will keep up the replacements till December 25th. Yay.

Which averages out 2 pounds a week which is right my doctor wants to be for weight reduction. I am sleeping better, I am going regularly, staying healthy while others around me are getting colds.
