I waited patiently for my shipment even though it was sold out at the time. After it arrived I couldn't wait to taste it. It was very rich with vitamin flavors. It went best with fruit juice but coffee worked as well. I did feel full and enrgetic after drinking just one scoop. So use your intuition on serving size.
