Your Pack Shipment 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS and are delivered within 3-5 business days within USA.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary depending on destination and weight.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Returns 

Please contact support@stoplightgo.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase.  

We are unable to exchange products, however, a refund may be issued depending on claim if made within the designated time period.
