PFPB is amazing!! After consulting with my doctor, who advised me to take it slow and only shed 2 pounds a week, I decided to do the recommended one meal replacement a day, 5 on 2 off. I went out of town to visit family for three days. Weighted before I left. Ate out. Got home and weighted Sunday AM. Gained 4.4 pounds. Started PFPB. I weighted on morning of day 5 hoping I shed some of the 4lbs. not only did I shed the 4.4lbs, but also one additional pounds!!! Fantastic!!! I love PFPB.
