I love to eat and snack. A single shake lasts 12 hours of not only not eating, but not craving snacks. Down 8lbs/7 days so far. This is Insane. Loving PFPB. Ainitgreat!

Ahhhhh here it goes!!! Ok… super nervous and super embarrassing but here it goes. Praying I can be accountable to myself I need to lose waaaaay more than this but I’m going to be somewhat realistic for myself Goal at the end of 90 days is to go from 242.8’to 212.8 Exercise goal - praying through all my orthopedic issues is to to at least 16 miles of walking per week Hoping to feel and move better and of course for my clothes to fit better. I started Tuesday night with only scoop and an açaí then went for a walk Wishing everyone well!

Day 5 of taking PFPB for mid morning/lunch meal and still no cravings! Lost another 1.2 lbs and I could do better but I’m not really eating super healthy for dinner. Beauty is, this product is still working. Down 6 lbs!

I have tried an unsuccessfully with the help of my personal doctor to lose weight and every time I lose a little I gained it back and more I have tried Noom and other programs without success I am here today to be a winner with the PFPB. I had a fasting blood draw test this morning and couldn’t eat or drink anything, soooo no PFPB or Acai. By the time I got home I was dragging so I mixed up my shake with water, coffee, ice and a tbsp of Cacao. WOW!! Within about 15 minutes I could tell a difference. My joints had been aching also. After drinking the shake I felt energized and my achy joints eased up. Today is day 8 for me. I took yesterday off. I’m 4 lbs down. The journey continues. 👍🏻

I starting taking this, pfpb and on the first day that I took it I could feel a difference in my gut, and on my stomach, without even exercising, my stomach became very flat and tightening, without losing body weight, just losing body fat, and also gaining more energy, wow what a difference it has made on my body in just one day.

After a weekend of college and NFL football and snacking pretty much all day Sunday, I’m down 4.6 lbs. I did replace my lunch Saturday with PFPB but took Sunday off. So far so good!
