I started PFPB on Tuesday and so have taken it for 5 days. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. I love the taste! It is great with frozen strawberries and /or cacao for ex. mixed with water! PFPB has great satiety and i noticed my blood sugar stays low and even while i use it for a meal replacement, It is encouraging also to know that i am 'covered' by having so many rich nutrients each day without added supplements . PFPB... seems EASY and POWERFUL at the same time. The Acai plus helped lower my numbers initially!! Being able to consume less calories ( using PFPB), in a satisfying and healthy way is very encouraging!! I believe this is going to help me make a positive change for my health and well being for sure! PTL! LL J. ( I will be checking in as i go!)

WOW!!! Love all the positive comments coming from the CFORTH family's I am anxiously waiting for the delivery services to knock at my door to hand me what I feel will be a life changing journey for many. As for my pledge first off it has to do with my HEALTH being a type 2 diabetic this comes with many unpleasantries but NONE that can't be fixed so with the PFPB and its amazing effects in our bodys I KNOW without a doubt that fueling our bodys with this amazing nutritional wellness meal is going to be a Health and Wealth GAME changer for so many, as we say so often its simple all we have to do is share or story. I am anxiously waiting for the PFPB to get to Europe :-), it'll be here in a week or so. After this, my first pledge is to lose 10% of my body weight (a bare minimum!) as I've never been as heavy as I am today. I'm so much looking forward to the healthier me :-). My other pledge is that I'll try to upload my weight every week!

3rd day on the PFPB and I've noticed the hunger pangs have gone away. I decided to take it mid morning around 9:30 am and I'm not hungry all day. I have a good dinner and that's it. I also have noticed I'm waking up an hour earlier in the morning and feeling rested.

Hi everyone, Pam Sands here on day two of taking the product! I’m already seeing some noticeable effects. My gut health feels like it’s getting a real boost, and I experienced a great cleanse. I can tell I’m more focused, and my recovery after today’s workout was smoother than usual. Looking forward to seeing more progress as I keep going!
