I take pfpb during lunch, and i tell you I'm not taking it to loose weight, but let me tell you, I'm a petite woman, and it has flattered my stomach so much, without even exercising at all, my stomach is like before I had children's, and the energy it gives you, and the muscle strength it has helped me with, it's amazing and it tastes delicious, like a vanilla shake.it does not disappoint.

It's been a week on PFPB lost 1 lb YEA. seriously I am motivated to continue I have made other changes in my eating habits. I find my thinking is clearer. I noticed that right after taking my PFPB I don't feel satiety because I haven't chewed on anything but after about 15 minutes I feel fine. Keep at it results are coming

This is my first check in. We started taking the PFPB on Saturday, November 16th. My starting weight is 183.2 lbs. My goal is 173 lbs by the end on the year. My over all goal is to maintain 170 lbs.

End of first week and I've lost 15 LBS!!! My stomach pains gone, bloating & edema are gone & I really notice the improvement to my gut health. I have an increased energy without jitters because these are natural ingredients and getting the nutrition I need! I feel calm & focused. The best part for me is the improvement to my heart function. Since birth I usually ave 1-5 heart arrhythmias per day (non-operable), in the past week I've only had 3 minor ones total w/ zero symptoms! Tastes absolutely amazing, I'm going to take this the rest of my life!

I have been on PFPB for 1 week and have noticed better sleep, sustained energy in the day and reduction in cravings for sweets my favourite way to have PFPB is in my coffee! It makes it like a creamy cappacino- so good

Wow PFPB was very hard the first week. I am not going to lie but is just the body getting use to something different. So the second week it get's easier. I lost 4 lbs my goal is to loss 60 lbs . So if you're ready to taste this amazing product give it a chance and feel the change.

I weighed in at 166.6. My Goal is 159 by 12/18. I have been using PFPB for a week. It is so delicious that I really look forward to it every day. I also have so much more energy and my family notices the big difference in me also. I have been mixing it with the Acai Plus and frozen mixed berries but this next week I bought ingredients to try Key Lime using avocado and limes and skim milk. I wish us all success.

I looking to take my overall Wellness up a few notch's, I believe we have a Miracle Body, that God Created and if we give it what He designed it to have, It. Will. Heal. Itself! PFPB is amazing!! After consulting with my doctor, who advised me to take it slow and only shed 2 pounds a week, I decided to do the recommended one meal replacement a day, 5 on 2 off. I went out of town to visit family for three days. Weighted before I left. Ate out. Got home and weighted Sunday AM. Gained 4.4 pounds. Started PFPB. I weighted on morning of day 5 hoping I shed some of the 4lbs. not only did I shed the 4.4lbs, but also one additional pounds!!! Fantastic!!! I love PFPB.
