I have been on PFPB for 4 days now. I have mixed it several different ways. With water, with milk, I’ve added coffee, acai, peanut butter and just drank it plain. My favorite is mixed with Coffee. The taste is a pleasant vanilla taste on its own. I’m down 2 lbs in 4 days. Energized. I am walking and replacing one meal right now. 👍🏻
