I'm thrilled to share my progress with you all! It's day 12, and I'm still feeling an incredible sense of calmness. My sleep has been improving each night, which has made a huge difference in my overall well-being.
My mental clarity is super focused, and I can tackle my college assignments, tasks at home, and my weekly work tasks with ease. It's amazing how much more productive I've become!
The energy I'm feeling is lasting throughout the day, and I'm starting to see a lean-down effect, which is fantastic! Here are my stats for the week:

Which averages out 2 pounds a week which is right my doctor wants to be for weight reduction. I am sleeping better, I am going regularly, staying healthy while others around me are getting colds. Exercise goal - praying through all my orthopedic issues is to to at least 16 miles of walking per week

Today is Day 3 for me and so far what I have noticed using PFPB is the following. I like the taste just mixed with 16 ounces of plain water. I notice a feeling of energy, focus and good mood come over me within 15 minutes of consuming it. The energy and focus lasts for hours. I feel full and do not want to eat.
