I enjoy the taste it could be a little more flavourful but without adding sugar, so I will take it as is. I noticed that I got to supper without being hungry" Take it with half water and half almond beverge I am looking forward to bring my weight to my ideal weight of 175 pounds currently at 209 lbs. I had a fasting blood draw test this morning and couldn’t eat or drink anything, soooo no PFPB or Acai. By the time I got home I was dragging so I mixed up my shake with water, coffee, ice and a tbsp of Cacao. WOW!! Within about 15 minutes I could tell a difference. My joints had been aching also. After drinking the shake I felt energized and my achy joints eased up. Today is day 8 for me. I took yesterday off. I’m 4 lbs down. The journey continues. 👍🏻

I have been mixing it with the Acai Plus and frozen mixed berries but this next week I bought ingredients to try Key Lime using avocado and limes and skim milk. I wish us all success.

Since incorporating PFPB into my daily routine, I've noticed:
Increased mental clarity: I feel more focused and alert throughout the day
Natural energy boost: No more afternoon slumps or fatigue
Calmness: I feel more centered and composed, even in challenging situations
The physical benefits are impressive too! I've started my daily cardio routine, walking almost 10 miles in the last two days, and I've also begun incorporating light resistance training with my home gym. To date in the last two days have 12,396 steps and 146 minutes of exercise, and Heart Health points 109 so far the average you want to reach is 150 points.
My favorite way to enjoy PFPB is by mixing it with vanilla almond milk and a pack of ACAI+. The taste is delicious and refreshing!

I started PFPB on Tuesday and so have taken it for 5 days. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. I love the taste! It is great with frozen strawberries and /or cacao for ex. mixed with water! PFPB has great satiety and i noticed my blood sugar stays low and even while i use it for a meal replacement, It is encouraging also to know that i am 'covered' by having so many rich nutrients each day without added supplements . PFPB... seems EASY and POWERFUL at the same time. The Acai plus helped lower my numbers initially!! Being able to consume less calories ( using PFPB), in a satisfying and healthy way is very encouraging!! I believe this is going to help me make a positive change for my health and well being for sure! PTL! LL J. ( I will be checking in as i go!)
