How many people can I invite to CFORTH??

You can invite as many people as you wish to CFORTH.

Where can I find CFORTH’s Videos?

CFORTH videos can be going to the MARKETING section of the The Back Office. There you will find the “Videos” Tab.

What is the cost to join CFORTH?

There is no cost to register and become a customer with CFORTH and/or to get access to the Stores.

We offer three ways to be a part of our community:

  1. Join as a Shopper for free.
  2. Become a Affiliate Member for just $9.99 a month.
  3. Become a Premier Member with an initial fee of $234 (or $449) and a monthly subscription thereafter. Your monthly subscription cost starts at $64.95 / month. That fee will depend on the product pack you select for your month. You can change your monthly product choices whenever you want.
How do I sign up customers?

Anyone who joins CFORTH using your invite code becomes a Shopper and will get access to the Stores.

All Store purchases made by Shoppers generate Retail Profit and is awarded to the person who invited them.

If a Shopper upgrades to a Affiliate Member or Premium Member, they are no longer considered a ‘Shopper’, and they  will earn commission up to 10 different ways.

How do I purchase Business Cards?

You can order Business Cards in your back-office, under the menu called “Marketing”. The Business Card service is found on the bottom right corner.

Can I replace one of my Premium Members with someone else?

Yes you can using the Placement tool located in the Marketing section of your back office:

If one of your Premium Members cancels their subscription or fails to renew they will get the status ‘Inactive Premium Member’.

While ‘Inactive’ they have 60 days to resubscribe. If they fail to do so, the Premium Member will become “Canceled”. The next Premium Member you sign up from your waiting list will fill that position. You can use the Placement tool to put a new Member into a previously held position or position them under someone in your Matrix.

Please Note: You can only replace a Premium Member with someone from your Shoppers list. You can’t replace them with someone that already has a position.

You will have 30 days to replace the Premium Member. If you can’t find anyone within 30 days, the position will become ‘Vacant’ and will be filled by the position above you.

What's the difference between an Affiliate Member and a Premium Member?

Affiliate Member: For $9.99 a month they get access to our products and can purchase products at wholesale prices. They also receive a $200 credit to Voyager, for savings on Hotels and Resorts World Wide. Affiliate Members are also eligible to receive commission on Retail Sales.

A Premium Member Purchases a Fast Track Package and then has a monthly subscription fee. Premium Members are eligible to receive up to 10 ways of earning income including:

  • Retail Profit
  • Affiliate Income
  • Affiliate 20/10/10 Income
  • Owner and Owner Maker Income
  • Fast Track Income
  • Subscription Income

When are the Live Chat hours for support?

Live Chat is available between the hours of  8am – 5pm Eastern, Monday – Friday. This excludes Holidays in the USA. Chat can be accessed on the support page in the lower right-hand corner.

What is included in the Fast Track Package?

The amount of products you receive depends on the package that you choose to buy. The amounts are clearly highlighted in the product details section.

In what countries is CFORTH available?

Premium Members: At the moment we can only ship within the United States and Canada.

Our Affiliate Program is also available in the United States and Canada.

Will there be more CFORTH Stores to choose from?

Absolutely. At CFORTH we will provide a variety of stores in our marketplace over the months and years ahead.

We are on the lookout for products and services that offer both quality and value to our customers.

We will notify our customers as new stores become available.

Where can I find my Voyager member ID?

Please note that your Voyager ID is not found in your back-office, but in the top right corner when you have entered Voyager.

Why can't I access Voyager?

Voyager is available on most subscriptions. We offer subscriptions that don’t include Voyager. You may be one of these subscribers. Please check your subscription. If Voyager is included with your subscription and have trouble accessing your account, please contact support.

The first time you launch your Voyager account it may take time to load. Just be patient.

I was previously not charged Sales Tax, now I am. Why?

StoplightGO LLC (CFORTH’s parent company) is subjected to charge customers sales tax as soon as we have reached Sales Tax ”Nexus” in any given state.

Sales Tax Nexus is a term used to describe the connection between a business and state, or local government, that triggers the requirement to collect and remit sales tax.

Further, Sales Tax Nexus is the minimum threshold of activity that any US business must have in any given State, before it is obligated to collect and remit Sales Tax in that State.

In other words: We charge Sales Tax as soon as we are required to do so according to law.

Is ACAI+ Peanut Free?

Yes. ACAI+ is created in a 100% Peanut Free Facility.

Account

How do I update my Email address?

Currently it’s not possible to update your email address from your Account Pages, although we aim to make that option available in the near future.

If you have not yet purchased anything, we recommend you to sign-up again with the correct email.

If you have already purchased something, we suggest that you contact support, and we will update the email address for you manually.

How do I update my Name?

You can update your name in your Dashboard.

  • In the MY ACCOUNT tab, you can update the account holder name.
  • In the ADDRESSES Section, you can update name, address and contact information for both Billing and Shipping address.
How do I use my invite code?
  • You can give someone your invite code directly to type it in manually on registration.
  • You can click ‘View QR’ to access your personal QR code. The QR code contains your invite code and can be scanned with a phone.
  • You can also use the Copy Link button to copy a sharable link that you can ‘Paste’ and send through email, or share through social media for example.
How do I close my Account?

Customers may cancel their membership by going to ACCOUNT > Subscriptions VIEW your latest subscription. Here you will find the CANCEL button. This process will stop your account at the next renewal date.

If you wish to resubscribe, you will have 60 days to do so.

I can't log in

Most log errors are due to wrong passwords, missed characters or capitalization mistakes.

  • Please double check your entry.
  • Re-enter the invite code you were given.
  • Make sure your password contains 10 digits.
  • If you are assisting someone and you’re already a member, make sure that you are not logged into your account when trying to sign someone up.

If you forgot your password you can click on ‘Lost your password’ in the log in dialogue to reset your password.

How do I change my monthly subscription?

Go to the Back Office by clicking on the Share & Earn button, then click on the “My Account” button. Here you will get access to change your monthly subscription using the “Switch Here” button.

How many days do I have to resubscribe if I cancel?

Users have 60 days as Inactive before becoming cancelled. Click on the Resubscribe button before the 60 days are up. If you have payment or other issues, please contact support before the 60 day deadline.

What happens to a cancelled Affiliate or Premium Member?

The cancelled Premium Member is out. All their Shopper list members goes to the Sponsor. The position is filled by the Sponsor’s next member who signs up.

Commission

How does the sign-up process work?

When you invite someone to sign-up to CFORTH using your invite code they are called Shoppers.

  • When a Shopper signs up, they can participate in CFORTH. They are essentially your “customer”
  • Shoppers can make retail purchases from our CFORTH Marketplace.
  • Shoppers do not hold any position in the 10 Matrix Levels.
  • Shoppers cannot earn any commissions.

Only when someone from your Shopper list upgrades to “Premium Member” or “Affiliate” will they enter the Race.

When someone in your Shopper list makes a purchase in our stores, both Premium Members and Affiliates will earn a Retail Profit commission.

Can anyone become an Owner?

Anyone, regardless of entry level that passes the requirements to become an Owner can benefit from the additional Ownership income.

You reach Owner Status once you have brought in 2 Premium Members to your organization.

Does Voyager bookings generate commission?

No, they don’t.

Voyager access is included in many of our Monthly Subscription Packages.

Do I have to pay taxes for the revenue earned from StoplightGO?

Tax filing is the responsibility of the subscriber who is paid commissions from CFORTH.

CFORTH is not responsible to look-after CFORTH customers’ tax scenarios.

How much can I earn with CFORTH?

Income is generated from the sale of products and services only. When you invite someone to join CFORTH, they have the opportunity to purchase products and services.

You can earn commission based on the products and services they purchase based on your referral.

The more people you refer to CFORTH, the better opportunity you have to earn commission.

There is no limit to the amount of people you can invite to CFORTH.

When does the commission period officially end?

The commission period ends at the end of each month, at 11:59pm Pacific Time. The period starts on the first day of the new month at 12:00am.

Why don't I see my volume updated?

It takes a few minutes for the information to be processed. Sometimes the old information is held in your “cache”. You’ll have to refresh your page. If you made a purchase at the last minute, before the end of the month, your order will count.

Payment & Withdrawal

What can I do if my credit card is declined?
  • Make sure your billing zip code is correct.
  • Make sure your CVC/CVV is entered correctly
  • Try a different card or payment method.
What are the requirements for withdrawal?
  • Before you can withdraw you need to activate your Masspay account. You need to have at least $50 available in your wallet.
  • Once you have Activated your MassPay account there is no minimum withdrawal balance.
  • Commissions Earnings withdrawn to MassPay are usually instant, and will usually show up in your MassPay account within seconds.
  • MassPay offers plenty of plenty of transfer  options to various account types.

Shipping & Returns

Who do I contact if I haven’t received my product?

First, please check that your delivery address is correct.

The shipping address for your order can be found in the Account section in the ‘Orders’ or ‘My Subscription’ tab.

If your shipping address is correct, and you have not received your CFORTH delivery, please contact Customer Service.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address in the account section.

 

The tab named “addresses” holds your shipping and billing information.

 

If you currently have an active subscription that you wish to update, don’t forget to click the checkbox at the bottom, which reads:

 

“Update the Shipping Address used for all future renewals of my active subscriptions (optional)”

 

Also check under Account > Subscriptions and click “view” on your order. Double Check and make sure that your shipping address is correct. If not you can update your address there.
