Fredrik Staël von Holstein
Chief Executive Officer
Fredrik is a Swedish citizen and Maltese resident. Reporting to the Board of Directors, Fredrik is the company’s co-founder and CEO.
Having lived in 13 countries, Fredrik has a true international profile who has been the CEO for 9 international and fast-growing companies. He has stock-listed two companies (in Sweden and Germany) and has an impeccable professional background.
Between 1998-2001, Fredrik was the COO/CEO of LetsBuyIt.com, one of Europe’s fastest growing online companies and the world’s first group buying business – reaching € 30M in net revenues in the year 2000 and shipping over 1 million parcels across Europe.
Between 2002-2006 he was the CEO of the free daily newspaper Metro (which, at its peak, had over 20 million daily readers across the globe) in: the Czech Republic (2002-2003), Eastern Europe (2003), Portugal (2004) and Spain (2004-2006). In Spain, he turned around a company with a € 30M turnover that was losing € -5 million to profits in only 2 years.
During 7 successful years, between 2014-2021, Fredrik worked in the online i-gaming industry in Malta as the CMO for Mr Green (a stock-listed online gambling company – one of Europe’s most recognized online Casino brands), as well as the CEO for Evoke Gambling Ltd, a company he turned around and successfully sold to Mr Green. Thereafter, Fredrik has managed his own consultancy company (Tindra Ventures Ltd).
Fredrik speaks Swedish, English, Spanish and German and has a good understanding of Catalan, Danish and Norwegian. He has a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics (two years at Colorado State University and graduation from Schiller International University – London and Paris campuses) and a Degree in Spanish Philology from the University of Salamanca (Spain).
Frank Minyon
Chief Operating Officer
Frank is a highly effective operations leader that has a passion for technology driven industries within healthcare and digital business. Throughout 18 years in healthcare technology, Frank has operationalized global teams and led initiatives toward becoming proficient within data delivery for revenue cycle generation, patient care and analytics.
He has assisted in leading the first electronic data exchange consisting of a patient’s longitudinal care record (CDA) between two electronic medical record corporations, Greenway Medical and EPIC. In addition, he has built departments for $9 billion+ corporations that have executed successfully on complex projects consisting of values upward of $88 million.
Frank continues to pursue his passion of helping people through technology and plays a key role as “the spider in the web” at CFORTH.
Dan Westerlund
Chief Technology Officer
Dan is our Chief Technical Officer. With an extensive technical background, he has excelled as CTO, Software Architect, Senior Tech Lead and Agile expert in a multitude of international software development projects for more than 25 years.
Dan has worked in sectors like banking/fintech, telecom, travel, e-commerce, logistics and space industry, for companies such IBM, France Telecom, Ericsson, Banco Santander, BBVA and Swedish Space Corp.
He has a special interest in Software Design Principles and Design Patterns, Blockchain technologies, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IoT, and has been a speaker at several IBM Cloud/Blockchain events, e-commerce conferences, and various other occasions.
Building/programming our own technology platform, including everything related to our front and back ends, encompassing the entire commission system, Dan and his technology team have proven to be instrumental to the stability, reliability and future of CFORTH.
Dan also speaks 3 languages fluently and is conversational in a few more.
Ricard Jensen
Creative Director
Ricard is a design professional with over 20-years’ experience, who has been working in industries such as Gaming, Advertising, Online Retail, Video Production. Some if his core skills are Corporate Branding, 3D & Motion Graphics, Web & App Development and UI/UX.
Ricard also has a solid background working with some very notable clients both as part of a team on many projects and while running his own business. Some of these are: IKEA, Volvo, Orkla, SonyEricsson, EA Games, TBWA & More.
Ricard started his career in Gaming, working mostly with 3D and UI design for Companies such as EA games, with a focus on AAA titles such as Battlefield: Bad Company for XBOX and Playstation. He has also been working in the Advertising and Marketing industry, creating videos and TV commercials for some of the biggest brands in Sweden.
Ricard’s curious nature to always learn how things work has given him a unique insight and understanding of development and code where he often becomes a bridge between design and development teams. This has proved extremely useful in many Web and app projects during the years when working on large and complex web and app development projects.
Ricard, due to his vast experience, has often been part of the core management team applying his knowledge and skills for a holistic approach on many projects, leading teams of designers and other creators towards outstanding and top-quality productions.
David Pyke
Membership & Education
David Pyke is a business visionary and advertising design specialist. David has worked with various companies in developing strategic marketing plans for their audience. David was an Adjunct Professor at Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, Florida – the home of NASCAR, for 20 years while working at the same time for a National Advertising Agency specializing in the Cable Television industry.
David’s national experience includes working with companies like KFC, HBO, WWE, Disney Channel, Time Warner Cable, Comcast / Xfinity, Mediacom, and others.
David’s promotional experience includes Spring Break events and corporate promotions with the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant, Playboy, Jeep®, beach concerts and events, and Intercollegiate Communications – a leader in marketing to college age audiences.
David has also been involved in Network Marketing during the past 20 years (i.e. in AMWAY) and has a solid understanding for how the industry works, and what makes the field “tick”.

Mark Seyforth
Chairman & Founder
Mark Seyforth is a true entrepreneurial icon. He has founded successful companies since the 1970s.
Mark founded his first companies – Seyforth Laboratories Inc and Seyforth Manufacturing which developed “Slender Now” – the first milkshake diet ever sold in the United States. During this period, he also wrote the first multi-level commission plan that is still widely used in the network marketing industry today. Mark has continued to write some of the most innovative compensation plans of the past 40+ years.
His original team, along with Mark’s business expertise, formed the basis of the company known as “Herbalife”. The diet milkshake was achieved on a shoestring budget, and it was the product that revolutionized the network marketing industry. Seyforth Manufacturing later became D&F Industries and continued to produce and supply all the products for Herbalife.
Under Mark’s leadership, Seyforth Laboratories grew to over $100 million in revenues during its second year with over 130,000 distributors and over 1 million monthly customers. Two years later, the company was reorganized and became the company now known as Herbalife. At that point, Mark retired at the age of 28.
In the early 1990s, Mark became the CEO of Right Solutions Inc. He took their sales from $15,000 a month to over $1M monthly during the first year. He resigned after 3 years and retired once again.
At the turn of the century, Mark then made a comeback in television as he founded and became the CEO of DBS TV. It was the first business that developed entertainment and business channels for one of the two satellite companies to take on the cable channel networks. After four years Mark retired again and moved to Central America.
Mark has also raced Hydroplanes professionally for 5 years and won 1 national title. He has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, from the University of Central Florida.
More recently, Mark has spent the last 5 years in the travel industry owning various types of travel companies. More specifically, he is the Founder and CEO of Travel 10 USA LLC., LifeTRNDS Technologies LLC and LifeTRNDS Inc. All related to the world of travel and vacations.
Together with his partner and CEO (Fredrik SvH), Mark has assembled an impressive international Management Team, as well as a solid Board of Directors that follows the most stringent Corporate Governance Policies. Just like Mark, the Management Team and Board Members all have a reputable and spotless reputations.
CFORTH will be the culmination of all Mark Seyforth’s dreams and desires to build a legacy company that will benefit hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs, home business owners and start-up companies without limitation across the globe.
Bo Wänghammar
Board Member
Bo is a Swedish citizen and is a Maltese resident since 2014.
Most recently, until his retirement at only 60 years of age, Bo was Managing Director of PokerStars Casino (2017-2019) and part of the Stars Group Management Team. In 30 months as Poker Stars Casino’s Managing Director, he took the casino business division from an annual revenue run rate of $250M to $550M by rapid improvements to the customer experience. By year end 2019, Pokerstars Casino was the World’s largest online casino. PokerStars then acquired UK based Sky Betting and Gaming.
Between 2014-2017, Bo was the Chief Executive Officer of Mr Green, one of Europe’s leading online casino brands. He was instrumental in a full business turn-around, taking the company to almost € 100M in revenues while significantly improving all aspects of the product and customer experience. Bo was also responsible for introducing a Sportsbook to Mr Green’s existing business verticals (casino slots, live casino, and sports betting). The share of total revenues coming from mobile went from 11% to 45%.
Between 2010 and 2013, Bo was the CEO of Lensway Sweden. He has previously held several other high-level positions such as COO of Bwin Games, as CFO and COO of the free daily newspaper Metro in Sweden, CEO of Algonet (Sweden’s first ISP), etc.
Bo is one of the most diverse executives imaginable who brings a world of strategic and operational experience and wisdom to CFORTH’s Board of Directors.
Oscar Bjers
Board Member
As the CEO of Apple in Sweden/Scandinavia during the past 20 years (2001-2021), under Oscar’s leadership, Apple Sweden grew to have a vertical market share (iMac; iPad; iPhone and the iWatch) which was unrivaled compared to any other country world-wide.
Apple in Sweden was #12 in Europe when Oscar started as CEO. Now, Sweden is #1 on iPhone Market shares (47% in 2020), #1 on Watch (52% MS in 2020), #2 on iPad (56% MS in 2020) and #3 on Mac (9% MS in 2020).
During the course of his long career at Apple, Oscar had the pleasure to have many meetings with both Steve Jobs and Tim Cook. He has been a tremendous asset for Apple’s growth in Europe. He was regarded as one of the heavyweights in Apple’s European organization.
During 1996-2001, Oscar was the Managing Director of Icon Medialab in Sweden and afterwards the Global Vice President Sales of Icon Medialab. Icon Medialab was a Swedish internet consulting startup that reached 3500 consultants across the globe with a turnover of $300M. At that time, it was the Internet consulting company with the broadest international sales and operations of all startup Internet Consulting companies in the world.
Between 1988-96 Oscar also had a successful career at Nokia in Sweden and Spain, where he was instrumental in turning the company around, growing Nokia’s distribution business division to $120M as Vice President Sales in Sweden.
Oscar has now joined CFORTH as a Board Member.
Greg Schantz
Board Member
Greg is not only a Board Member, but also CFORTH’s biggest investor.
Greg an accountant, business owner, problem solver, and seeker of efficiency in systems. He obtained his CPA license in New York State. He was employed in the audit department with KPMG as well as Deloitte, LLP in his early career as an auditor. Subsequently, he entered the private sector and headed up operations that included financial systems creation, programming, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparations.
Greg relocated to Atlanta, GA where he currently resides. He has operated a successful Home Improvement Company for over twenty years, overseeing sales, marketing, production, and all operations. His unique skill set is an asset to this organization.
Greg currently works as a Board Member, Investor and Advisor for numerous successful and fast-growing companies in the US.
