I've taken this product for a month. My right wrist has inflammation, both knees and wrists creaked and popped, lower back ached, had a swelling on my lower right side of my back. I took 1 pouch a day to see with each day taken, my inflammation decreased. By the 3rd. week, no popping in my joints and no pains in my back. My sleep have improved and my energy level is up. My weight was never an issue, but my blood pressure is regulated. I tried and am a believer in this product. I Strongly Recommend... at least, give it a try...
